Christian Nilsson is a cloud strategist at Capgemini working on adoption in regulated industries, primarily defense (ex-EPAM, ex-Cloudreach), blogging from Bavaria. His standout build: “Nexus” — a personal ops system where Hermes Agent orchestrates a team of agents, visualized as a tiny 3D felt village in the browser where every home-server service is a building and every scheduled agent an animal that “works” only while its real cron job runs. Also built emdi (self-hosted end-to-end-encrypted collaborative markdown) and Me Or Them (a macOS network-diagnostics menubar app). The village writeup is a good case study in agent observability-as-toy.
