Jayme Edwards spent 30 years in tech as developer, architect, and consultant, walked away in 2017, and now coaches developers (130+ privately) through career transitions, identity questions, and “what comes next.” The videos are calm and honest — recorded coaching sessions, and “Stay calm, keep growing, and have a life!” is the thesis. Uploads have slowed to a trickle; last video about five months ago, so it’s on the quieter side of active.
